About Rubies + Honey
Lots of time, research, sampling, communicating, educating and stress went into this brand before launching. It was almost two years in the making before we opened our doors in November of 2021. It was important to us that we didn't rush into RUBIES + HONEY but ensure we had a product we were proud of first.
We could have easily just launched with our very first sample approved by friends and family. However, although everyone loved that specific sample it just wasn't up to our personal standards. Rest assured, we worked down to the seams and hardware to offer a premium product we're sure you'll love as much as us!
Our jeans are designed in Kansas City and manufactured in Thailand. Our Ruby Originals are made with Lycra® Beauty - not just Lycra® - has Advanced Shaping Performance!
Lycra® Beauty is a very specific technology used in shapewear, athletic wear and jeans. It combines figure-flattering shaping performance with exquisite comfort and freedom of movement. This special technology helps to smooth a women's curves.
All RUBIES + HONEY denim will be Lycra®-based.
In addition to denim products, we also wholesale basic women's tops and graphic t-shirts. In the future we will be adding a men's jean line and a LUX jean line.
All other items are currently manufactured in China, the USA and we're working on adding a factory in Mexico.
