Private Label Branding Fee

Interested in private labeling one of our designs? If you do high-volume denim in your boutique, this is a great way to set your boutique apart from the massive others! No need to worry about the boutique down the street trying to copy your vendor list anymore!

This means putting YOUR logo and branding colors on the:

Hang Tag

Waistband Tag

PU/Leather Tag

If you need help designing these files for our factory, we can offer our assistance.  Or you can send us your files and then we'll do the work to get them into the proper format that our factory requires.  

This listing is for your Branding Setup Fee!

Once we begin work on your branding, this fee become non-refundable.  If you change your mind before we begin work on your branding, you will be refunded minus the CC fees.

The Process:

We will send you a file with all available styles for Private Labeling

It will include pricing for 150 pieces and 300 pieces

You tell us which style(s) you want

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin production

You will receive confirmation on your branding and can send changes to make sure it's what you want

The remainder of your total will be required before shipment

If you fail to pay the remainder of your total, your products will relabeled and sent to us.  You will then forfeit your private label order.  So please make sure this is what you're wanting to do! Feel free to contact us to ask questions so you can feel confident this program is for you!
